Finally…a Wolf Lodge Update

Life seems to pick up speed as it rolls on by!

This fall, the Wolf Lodge has taken great strides towards liveability!

The upstairs bathrooms were tiled by my brother, Dave Wilson. He and his family moved to Coeur d Alene in September. (Yay!)

Below, The master bath: Shower and floor done in Carrara Marble

Below, Jack and Jill bath (Max’s bath): black slate floor and Bianco marble tile

Below, The guest bath: Carrara hexagon tile

Asher’s bath: Black 12×24 Slate tile and flat river Rock mosaic

Liberty’s bath (below): Stone Gray Limestone 4×12 tile and white oak flat pebble shower floor

After a year of planning, purchasing, glueing, bending, forming, calculating picket holes and finally installing the handrail, it is finally complete. You can see the progression of it below:

Intermittently throughout the year, Jared has also been tackling our 100 year old barn wood family room floor. From planeing, to sizing, to fitting together, to filling, to sanding, and finally to finishing with a Waterlox tung oil mixture, it has reached a completed state this month as well. From a pile of beat up lumber to a beautiful rich floor, you will see it progress below. Truly a labor of love from my handsome hunk!

Within the a month we should have the kitchen installed and be working on the lower entry travertine. It is so good to see some planning and labor intensive projects come to completion.

Blessings to you all from our little piece of heaven!
